Free for Member retailers only, Buylink's comprehensive order management handles all of your purchase ordering needs, including changes, updates and confirmations. We'll calculate totals, give you a printer-friendly copy of the purchase order, and alert the vendor that they have a new purchase order on our system. Access complete histories and status of all your orders at any time.

After you submit your PO, vendors are notified to log in and recieve it, and can accept or decline the order. From this point all payment and shipping details are arranged between you and the vendor. You'll know your PO has been received when the vendor contacts you to arrange shipping and payment details. If you are concerned that the PO has not been received, please call Member Services at (888-220-1300, or contact the vendor directly.

Manage your RFQs and business communications

Broadcast RFQ (Request for Quote). Use this simple function to easily send your request to many vendors at once. You'll be surprised at the quick vendor response to your information requests. Your message goes to all vendors with products in the category, themes or occasions you select on the dropdown list. Type in any request for information, and they'll be instantly notified. Check your Buylink Mailbox for their responses.

Vendor online messaging. Need a confirmation, delivery update, backorder or more? Contact the vendor immediately with free Buylink Messaging. Access archives of your past message threads to keep track of longterm relationships.

Catalog request. From any Product Detail Page, click the "Request Info" button to send an immediate message to the vendor. Get catalogs or transact your normal business - it's the best way to get their attention fast.

Please note that Buylink is not always able to provide you with details regarding a vendor's products or returns policy. Similarly, if you need to make a claim for a shipment you'll need to contact the shipper and the vendor directly.
