Buylink's Desktop Catalog.
From any Product Detail page, click "Download this catalog" and you'll get our exclusive Desktop Catalog software, which downloads complete vendor catalogs locally to your computer, to access 24 hours even when you're offline. Catalog data, purchase orders, and messaging will all synchronize whenever the Desktop Catalog senses an Internet connection, so you never again have to worry about your catalogs being out of date. You can take Buylink's latest with you wherever you go. In fact, you may never need to visit this or any vendor's web site again. |

Quick information from many vendors at
once.
Use the easy "Request for information" (RFI) function
to send your request to many vendors at once. You'll be surprised at the
quick vendor response to your information requests.
Your message goes to all vendors with products in the category, themes
or occasions you select on the dropdown list. Type in any request for
information, and they'll be instantly notified. Check your Buylink Mailbox
for their responses.

Contact a vendor fast! From any Product Detail Page, click the "Request Info" button to send an immediate message to the vendor. Get catalogs or transact your normal business - it's the best way to get their attention fast. |

Buylink Order Management
Buylink's comprehensive order management handles all
of your ordering needs, including changes, updates and confirmations.
We'll calculate the total cost of the order for you, give you a printer-friendly
copy of the purchase order, and alert the vendor that they have a new
purchase order on our system. Access complete histories and status of
all your orders at any time.
The vendors then pick up the POs and choose to accept or decline the
order. From this point all payment and shipping details are arranged between
you and the vendor. You'll know your PO has been received when the vendor
contacts you to arrange shipping and payment details. If you are concerned
that the PO has not been received, we suggest contacting the vendor directly.
Once the order is placed you'll need to contact the vendor directly
regarding your order. Please note that Buylink is not always able to provide
you with details regarding a vendor's products or returns policy. Similarly,
if you need to make a claim for a shipment you'll need to contact the
shipper and the vendor directly. If you have any questions on how to particpate
